What are these Terms of Service for?
They set the rules for using AyurAdhar’s website, app, and related services, and explain the responsibilities of users, doctors, and the platform.
Does AyurAdhar provide medical advice?
No. AyurAdhar is a technology platform. Medical advice and clinical decisions are made by independent licensed practitioners.
What are my responsibilities as a user?
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Services lawfully without misuse, abuse, or interference.
How does this relate to privacy and data?
Your data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. These Terms reference how the Services work but do not replace the privacy terms.
Can AyurAdhar suspend access?
Yes, access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect platform security and users.

Full Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AyurAdhar’s website, mobile app, WhatsApp experiences, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About AyurAdhar

AyurAdhar is an independent technology platform that supports continuity of Ayurvedic care. Doctors on the platform are independent practitioners and retain full control over clinical judgment, diagnosis, and treatment decisions. AyurAdhar does not practice medicine and does not replace professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, maintaining credential security, reporting unauthorized access promptly, and all activities performed under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services unlawfully, attempt to compromise platform security, disrupt operations, misrepresent identity, or violate applicable Indian laws and third-party rights.

5. Clinical Disclaimer

AyurAdhar facilitates care coordination and record continuity but does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions are made by licensed practitioners. For emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

6. Payments and Pricing (if applicable)

Where paid services or fees apply, pricing is disclosed at purchase. You authorize charges by us and our payment partners for applicable fees, and pricing may change with notice where required by law.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in alignment with applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act, SPDI Rules, and DPDP Act.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including branding, software, and design elements, are owned by AyurAdhar or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use platform IP without written permission.

9. User Content and Clinical Records

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Services, you grant a limited license to store, process, and display content solely for service delivery. Health records remain under patient control, subject to legal and clinical requirements.

10. Third-Party Services

AyurAdhar may link to or integrate third-party services (such as payments, logistics, or pharmacies). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified to improve quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

12. Termination

You may stop using Services at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, legal requirements, or platform safety concerns. Key clauses including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyurAdhar and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AyurAdhar and its affiliates for claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bengaluru, KA have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
